Eucalyptus Essential Oil

It is one of the most valuable oils for treating the respiratory system such as clearing up sinus congestion.

Avoid using eucalyptus essential oil when pregnant, breastfeeding or on very young children. Do not use if you have high blood pressue, or blood sugar issues as eycalyptus can lower blood sugar.

Eucalyptus is very strong and only a few drops are needed to receive health benefits. Always mix eucalyptus essential oil with a carrier oil.
